Michal Oprzadek

Michal Oprzadek is a Senior Vice President of Development & Origination with AlphaStruxure (The Carlyle Group and Schneider Electric JV), a development, investment and operating company focused on the North American power and energy infrastructure sector.

Prior to joining AlphaStruxure, Michal spent nine years with General Electric (NYSE: GE) where he held corporate and region leadership roles in the United States, Canada and Russia. Most recently he held a Managing Director position within GE’s Power business.

Prior to joining GE, Michal spent seven years with Siemens (FRA: SIE) in corporate strategy and management consulting roles across Germany, Australia and China, covering Industrial Automation, Power & Gas and Telecommunication segments.

Michal began his career as a Business Analyst at IWG, a business incubator and investment platform, funded by Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and PaineWebber.
