Elizabeth Stewart received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Philippines. She then obtained a Masters in Economics from George Mason University and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. 


Elizabeth is a seasoned management executive with substantial experience in corporate and product marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, strategic planning, and business development. She has a proven track record of performance excellence meeting organizational objectives within budget and schedule. Elizabeth has also demonstrated marketing success in B2B lifecycle management and raised visibility and value of organization by targeting specific audiences. Specifically, her background in business and consumer markets include telecommunication, energy, consumer durables, travel and entertainment, healthcare, education, design, and construction.


At her current position as COO of the Certified Financial Planners Organization, she is responsible for the strategic vision and management of the organization’s certification program (education, examination, and experience), communication, multi-million advertising campaign, call center, and human resources. Additionally, she has P&L responsibility for core business revenues.

She is also a member of the University of Hawaii School of Architecture Advisory Council consisting of international architects, real estate developers, and business executives. Members provide strategic guidance and input into joint graduate programs between UH and Asia-Pacific Universities such as Tongji University in Shanghai and recruitment, retention, and career placement strategies for UH school of architecture graduates.



Elizabeth specializes in marketing,  communications, strategic planning, contract law, operations and management.
